Morrie & Oslo's Birdhouse

Here’s a little news to brighten up your day, The Birdhouse Project is headed your way this weekend! We’re pretty excited participating for this. We already did some research before and to make this designing things a bit easier, we imagining ourselves as birds. Not the big ferocious type of birds, but the more we-used-to-see-them-around-us kinda birds. In which kind of house does we, us-bird, will want to take a peek and comfortably proclaimed our home-sweet-home?

As far as the designing works, both of us already agreed on some details and we can imagined it on a big picture. And when it’s finally done, it turns out as good as we hoped it would be. (We sincerely thanking Metronome for the job well done on the woodworking matter, thanks guys!)

“In a condition where many stakeholders took too much power in shaping and erasing open green spaces and property construction in activity centrals, as well as in Bandung, we envision Bird House Project to play such simple role in stitching those two aspects. It’s a humble celebration on delving into creative potentials, either individually and collectively, on such small issue: a settlement for city birds to be placed practically anywhere. A contributing instrument for designed environments intended to be lived not merely for humans.”

The hoopla will be happening at U&KL ECO-FORESTRY AREA Jalan Gudang Selatan No.88, Bandung from 11am – 7pm this July 6th, 2013. Find out everything you’ll need to know right here. See you there!
