We like to shoot anything. Especially the sky. Beautiful sky often makes us excited. We like ordinary streets in our town, too. Sometimes we like fancy things, weird shadows, strange junks, cute cats, or peculiar children in the playground. We have no restrictions on subjects when taking pictures.
Capturing the sky is about embracing the whim of the weather. The sky can be unpredictable. The day can be still or breezy. To lie down on our backs and stare up at the sky for a super long time. When the seasons change the sky give the landscape aspects that are always different to watch.
But watching the sky outside is mostly an exercise in wonder. The feeling of grass underfoot and the sight of the darken sky with a dash of burnt orange and some lovely sky blue hues. That golden warmth pouring down from the sky at the end of the day is our favorite thing to watch nowadays. As the grey clouds pile up around the previously baby blue sky, for the night is upon us the day will soon be just a memory. And try as we might to replicate the experience, nothing will come close. So, let’s enjoy all the beautiful sky everyday while we can.
This sets of sky were captured in several days on January 2015 at exactly 5.30-6pm.
More sky after you jump!
This post mark our last post for JellyClub, so to speak. We have posted several entries for Jelly Club on this blog since its first entry in 2014 and from then friendships are grown, mindsets are changed and sometimes, just sometimes, movements are created from the springboard that a single blog post can create.
We’ve had an absolute blast to be a part of it over the past couple of months and we want to give thanks to fellow JellyClub member, Iqra Tanzil, Ferdi Richardo and Ramdika Harianto. Their seemingly effortless ability to capture anything never ceases to astonish us. They can make the ordinary seem extraordinary has got us especially excited with their work for JellyClub. And the last but never the least, for Renaldy Fernando for choosing us twice in the rows to be a part of this. We as Morrie and Oslo couldn’t thank you enough for the experience.
We hope you have enjoyed their works as much as we do and we’re now off to another exciting adventures and projects for these things we love the most.
